Import/Export Manager

For any company's marketing and sales team, importing of leads from the external sources to CRM is considered as one of the most essential lead creation activities. It is believed that importing contacts is a good way to assemble all your leads at one place. The supported formats are Excel (XLS, XLSX), Comma Separated Value (CSV) while you are importing lead details. The import limit from Gmail contact is allowed till maximum of 99 records per batch and from excel sheet one at a time lead can be imported.

Similarly, the export feature works in the same way like the Import Manager. It supports formats such as Excel (XLS, XLSX), Comma Separated Value (CSV). And at the time of export, there is no specified limit.
